
Linear Aesthetic Policies
Linear Aesthetic is aligned to everything stated with Printify Policies below, as this is the print-on-demand site used to produce our designs on merchandise. The Print vendors vary on Printify, and with this production times may vary along with shipping.
For custom art requests we allow up to 3 edits after purchase with the customer. After 3 edits, if customer is still unsatisfied we will issue a 50% refund to customer.
For carrier delivery issues we are unable to file a claim as the seller, so we do not issue refunds or replacements if tracking shows item has been delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim or open an investigation with the carrier as they have evidence unlike the seller.

Printify Policies
Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify and Linear Aethestic will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
